Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

We would like to share a simple vanilla ice cream recipe with you from allrecipes.com. (For ice cream maker)

Time : Prep – 10 min | Ready in – 55 min +

Ingredients : makes 1 gallon

• 2 quarts of half-and-half cream
• 1/2 pint of heavy cream
• 1-1/2 cups of white sugar
• 4 teaspoons of vanilla extract
• 1 pinch of salt

Directions :

• Combine half-and-half, cream, sugar, vanilla and salt in freezer container of ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
