Shipping and Return Policy

When payment for your order is confirmed, we will ship the package within two (2) business days. When the package is shipped, we will provide you with a United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number via email. Depending on your geographical location, USPS will deliver your order in about 2-5 business days. At this point, we only offer USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate.

  • Damaged Product : If the product you received is damaged, please notify us within 15 days and send it back for an examination by our staff for a full refund or a replacement. If the product is deemed damaged, we will reimburse your postage.
  • Other Returns : If you are not satisfied with your order other than damage, notify us within 15 days and send the item back for a refund on the product value less shipping.
  • Lost Order : If you have not received your order within 15 business days, we will arrange for a full refund or a replacement.
    • For orders that have been lost in transit, please wait until 15 business days before contacting us for a refund or for a replacement.
  • Confirmed Delivered but Not Received : if your order has been confirmed to be delivered by the USPS tracking system, Covan’ee will not be held liable for the order.
    • Please contact your post office if you have not received your order, yet the tracking system confirms delivery.
  •  Re-Deliveries : For re-deliveries, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and the ensuing package will be sent when the tracking number for the original order is provided and the 25% restocking fee is deposited.
