Storing Vanilla Beans with Chef Annemarie

While looking through the web in my constant quest for new information on vanilla, I came upon this video. This video introduces Chef Annemarie Huste who has been working the culinary industry for over 45 years.

Here I found a simple way for vanilla users to use, store and implement vanilla beans in the kitchen. Though this tip might be more useful for professional chefs, but over the years I have met and had the pleasure of eating dinners, lunches and sweet desserts from dishes prepared by ordinary moms (less often dads) that I know that a lot of our moms are no pushovers in the kitchen!
